Domestic Shipping (UAE):
Standard Shipping (within 2 days): AED 15

All orders are processed within 2 days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email

•Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

•Tracking Your Order

•Delivery Time

Delivery will be completed within 2 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary during festive seasons due to high order volumes.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters & courier company delays.

•Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

COD Shipping Policy

Please read the following important information regarding our COD (Cash on Delivery) shipping policy:

• Delivery via Third-Party Logistics:
    -We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders.
•Delivery Timeframe:
    -Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM.
    -Couriers deliver area-wise and may not be able to provide specific delivery time windows.
•Customer Availability:
    -It is crucial for the customer or an authorized person to be available to receive the order during the delivery timeframe, as the order is COD.

•Failed Cash on Delivery 
In the event that a COD order is returned due to customer unavailability or lack of response, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery fees incurred. This includes both the original delivery and the return, totaling AED 20.
